Data Deletion Instructions

J Bar C Cowboy Church respects your privacy. If you have interacted with us via Facebook or our website and would like to request deletion of personal data associated with you, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. Email us at info@jbarccc.org with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”
2. Include:
   • Your full name
   • The Facebook profile URL or email/phone you used to contact us
   • What data you want deleted (e.g., contact form submissions, prayer requests, messages)

What we delete

We will locate and delete personal information we control in our systems (website forms, email lists, and page messages) and confirm completion by email. Note: Public content you posted on Facebook is controlled by Facebook and is subject to Facebook’s own policies.

Verification & timeline

For security, we may ask you to verify your identity or ownership of the Facebook profile. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.
